Shipping Terms and Conditions

1. General Shipping Policy We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Please note that all shipping times are estimates and not guarantees.

2. Shipping Carriers and Methods Orders are shipped via our designated carriers. Expedited shipping may be available for an additional cost.

3. Freight Insurance Coverage All shipments include the standard freight insurance coverage provided by the carrier. This coverage is limited to the carrier’s terms and conditions and may not fully cover the total value of the order, or have any level of coverage.

If you require additional freight insurance for your shipment, it must be purchased separately at an additional cost. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft beyond the carrier’s standard coverage unless additional insurance has been arranged by the customer prior to shipment.

4. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Shipments If your order arrives damaged, you must report it to the carrier and our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide photos and detailed descriptions of the damage. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier, but we are not responsible for compensation beyond the carrier’s standard coverage.

For lost or stolen shipments, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim. Additional insurance purchased by the customer may provide extended coverage for such cases.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete.
  • Be available to receive and inspect the shipment upon arrival.
  • Report any damage or discrepancies within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Arrange for additional freight insurance if required.

6. Shipping Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs clearance, or any other unforeseen circumstances. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline only.

7. Returns and Refunds Please refer to our Return Policy for details on returning shipped items. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
